Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The location is superb, right next to San Marco and just an 8-minute walk to Rialto Bridge. The rooms were spacious, offering a wonderful view, but it was pretty noisy from water taxis and work boats. The service was top-notch with very helpful staff who even assisted with luggage on the numerous stairs. The dining experience was just right, not too much choice but varied, providing a good start to the day. The location is easily reachable from Santa Lucia station by walking or water taxi, a perfect hub in Venice.
I found the hotel to be in a superb location, close to many restaurants and a short walk from Piazza San Marco. The rooms, although a bit cramped, come with a wonderful breakfast prepared fresh every day. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff ready to assist with room service, and even helping with reservations. The location is excellent for exploring Venice, although lacking a view of the water. The dining experience was basic but plentiful, providing a good start to the day.
The hotel is conveniently located at the center of everything, making it easy to walk around and explore Venice. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, although being close to reception can make it a bit noisy at night. The service was exceptional with multilingual staff making our stay smooth and enjoyable. The dining options were good, offering a variety of Italian foods, but the breakfast lacked some variety. Overall, a great value for money hotel in a prime location.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful! The room we were swiftly guided to was large and comfortable, offering great value for what we paid for. However, it did become mosquito-infested at times, which was a bit of a nuisance.
The hotel is situated in a quaint area of Venice, very close to Saint Marc's square and the Rialto, making it excellent for exploring the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although being on a side street means limited natural light. The service was super nice and welcoming, with helpful staff making the stay enjoyable.
Despite the challenge of the three flights of stairs to reach our room, the hotel's location was perfect and had great character, being comfortably near major attractions and the water-taxi. The service was excellent, especially with help in planning transportation. The dining experience offered varied options, though not always enough for all guests. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms, though offering balconies and canal views, were disappointingly small and not as depicted in the pictures, making it a bit challenging to move around. On the bright side, the service was top-notch, with the staff swiftly addressing issues and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was ideal, being close to key landmarks like the train station and popular sights in Venice. While the dining options were decent, they were somewhat repetitive. Overall, a stay here has its ups and downs.
I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable, making me feel pampered throughout my stay. However, the noise levels and lack of common facilities were a downside. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the service was top-notch.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very clean and quiet, located on the top level, but it was a bit concerning to find biscuits and crumbs spread around. The service was friendly and cozy, though not particularly helpful. The location was excellent for sightseeing but could be a bit cold in winter. The dining options were varied with fresh offerings but slightly limited. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
After a long day of walking, reaching our room up three long flights of stairs was tough, but the spacious rooms made it worth the effort. The hotel offers a functional space near the reception desk, which could be a nice addition. The tiredness fades away when you finally collapse in the room.
The hotel had rooms that were not very inviting, with very cold air, and small in size. However, the service was friendly and accommodating, with great breakfast options. The location was very convenient to San Marco square and vaporetto stations, yet the dining experience lacked variety. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
